The night before the workshop began Ron threw a series of sake cups, which he decorated on the first day. They were then glazed and once-fired (a first for Ron). On the last day he set them out on the lunch table and everyone drew a number out of his hat. Number one got first pick- and number 12 was happy she did not have to make a decision!
